FAQ
How much does this cost?
The use of the panel is absolutely free, regardless of whether the user makes the product for himself or for the business. By selling paid quests or tours created with our engine, you will receive a share from each sale. Details in the section HOW DOES IT WORK? or in our chatbot.
Do I need to have programming skills?
Not at all. Writing skills, knowledge of the city or history, and route planning, and, of course, your imagination are the only things you need to create a quest or tour! No need for programming.
I’m a new user. Where can I get help?
We do not leave you alone with the development! Contact us through whatsapp, or write us an email at info@viaguide.app
Can I include my audio files or videos in my quest or in a tour?
Sure and this is not the only available feature! Our engine allows you to customize the scoring system, as well as create non-linear scenarios, with story branches and many endings!
How is my product being tested?
During the testing period, your product will be available to anyone for free. You can invite anyone to the test game! Based on the results of this testing, our team will make recommendations on how to improve your product and what is the best price to set. The final pricing decision remains yours.
Why do I need testing?
Testing is the quality control of content that is available in our application to the end user. If you decide to sell your product only through your own channels (and not ViaGuide channels), you do not need to pass the testing process.
